Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

    Upon your arrival at Delhi International Airport, a representative will greet you and arrange your transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of the stunning Akshardham Temple. Overnight in Delhi.

  • Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then embark on a full-day tour of both Old and New Delhi. Explore significant landmarks like Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and Jama Masjid. Drive past the majestic Red Fort, then tour the governmental landmarks, including the President’s House and Parliament House. Overnight in Delhi.

  • Day 03: Delhi to Mandawa (280 km, 6 hrs)

    After breakfast, depart for Mandawa in Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and later explore the colourful havelis and the heritage-rich Castle Mandawa. Overnight in Mandawa.

  • Day 04: Mandawa to Bikaner (220 km, 5 hrs)

    After breakfast, journey to Bikaner. After checking into your hotel, discover Bikaner’s unique desert landscapes and rich history. Visit landmarks known for their stunning architecture and the renowned camel breeding farm. Overnight in Bikaner.

  • Day 05: Bikaner to Jaisalmer (340 km, 6 hrs)

    Depart for Jaisalmer after breakfast, with a scenic stop for lunch. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Later, visit Khuri Village to experience the magical sand dunes and enjoy a unique camel safari. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

  • Day 06: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

    After breakfast, explore the Golden City of Jaisalmer. Visit prominent havelis, Jain temples, and the royal palace within the Jaisalmer Fort. In the afternoon, relax by the Gadi Sagar Lake, then head to the Royal cenotaphs at Bada Bagh before enjoying the desert sunset. Tonight, experience staying in a deluxe desert camp, complete with a folk dance performance. Overnight in the desert camp.

  • Day 07: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (260 km - 6 hr)   

    After breakfast, embark on your drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and settle in for the night. Jodhpur, the second-largest city in Rajasthan, is steeped in history and was once the capital of the princely state of Marwar. It stands as a vibrant tourist hub, boasting grand palaces, imposing forts, and sacred temples, all set against the backdrop of the challenging Thar Desert. Known as the “Sun City,” Jodhpur enjoys bright, sunny weather throughout the year. The historic cityscape is encircled by a formidable wall adorned with several gates that lead to the majestic fort. Additionally, Jodhpur is affectionately called the “Blue City” due to the striking blue hues that many of its homes feature. In recent decades, the city has expanded significantly beyond its ancient walls.

  • Day 08: Jodhpur Sightseeing

    Start your full-day tour of Jodhpur with a visit to the stunning Umaid Bhawan Palace, followed by Jaswant Thada and the historic Mehrangarh Fort, each steeped in fascinating tales of the region. From the hilltop of Mehrangarh Fort, enjoy breathtaking views of the city’s winding streets and its famous blue-painted buildings, along with sights of Mandore Garden and the Clock Tower.

  • Day 09: Jodhpur - Kumbhalgarh – Ranakpur – Udaipur (300 km - 5 hr)

    As you journey south to Udaipur, stop at the magnificent Kumbhalgarh Fort. Its formidable walls still command attention, dominating the surrounding landscape. Following your visit to the fort, head to Ranakpur to explore the exquisite marble Jain temples. As you continue towards Udaipur, the scenery transforms into a luxurious panorama, where serene lakes nestle against the stunning backdrop of the Aravalli Mountains. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and unwind.

  • Day 10: Udaipur Sightseeing           

    Start your day by visiting the stunning City Palace in the morning. Afterwards, take some time to unwind with a serene boat ride on Lake Pichola (weather and water levels permitting) and explore the enchanting Jag Mandir Island Palace. Udaipur has a wealth of attractions to discover, such as the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandir, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari, and the Crystal Palace, among others. End your day by returning to your hotel for a restful night.

  • Day 11: Udaipur – Pushkar (250 km / 5 hr)

    Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Afterwards, head to Pushkar and check into your accommodation. In the afternoon, explore the scenic Pushkar Lake and visit the revered Brahma Temple. If you’re up for an adventure, consider joining an optional camel safari or desert ride. You’ll enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.
    Pushkar is unique in the world. It is the only location dedicated to the creator of the universe, Lord Brahma, who has a temple here. The town boasts its own charm and is internationally recognized for its annual cattle fair.

  • Day 12: Pushkar – Jaipur (140 km / 2 hr)

    Travel to Jaipur and check into your hotel upon arrival. In the evening, consider visiting the Chowki Dhani resort, located near Jaipur, which is beautifully designed in traditional Rajasthani style. The resort offers a variety of evening activities, including a puppet show, camel rides, folk dances, live music, and a delicious Rajasthani meal. Spend the night at your hotel.

  • Day 13:  Jaipur Sightseeing

    After breakfast, embark on a tour of Jaipur, famously known as the Pink City. Begin with a visit to the impressive Amber Fort, where you can explore its stunning palaces and even ride elephants up to the battlements. Next, head to the City Palace, admire the grandeur of Hawa Mahal, and discover the fascinating Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century astronomical observatory. In the evening, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of a local market, choosing between Johari Bazaar, Tripolia Bazar, or Chandpole Market. Spend the night at your hotel.

  • Day 14: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

    Breakfast will be served at the hotel before you embark on your journey to Agra. Along the way, make a stop in Abhaneri to visit Chand Baori, an impressive 13-story stepwell featuring 3,500 small steps. This remarkable structure is one of the largest and deepest stepwells in India, reaching approximately 30 meters (100 feet) into the ground. It was constructed in AD 800, situated directly opposite the Harshat Mata Temple. Afterwards, continue to explore the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, once ruled by Emperor Akbar. Despite being deserted for four centuries, this historic site remains remarkably well-preserved. Upon your arrival in Agra, check into your hotel.
    In the afternoon, embark on a guided tour of Agra Fort, a magnificent red sandstone structure perched along the banks of the Yamuna River. Following this, visit Itmad-ud-Daula’s tomb, famously known as the Baby Taj. Conclude your day by enjoying a stunning sunset view of the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This majestic mausoleum was constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a symbol of his unparalleled love. Spend the night at your hotel.

  • Day 15: Agra – Jhansi (By Train)/ Jhansi – Orchha (20 Km/ 40 minutes)

    Embark on a morning visit to the magnificent Taj Mahal from the east entrance. After enjoying breakfast, you’ll be driven to the Agra railway station to catch the Train to Jhansi. Upon your arrival at Jhansi train station, our representative will greet you and facilitate your transfer to Orchha. Once in Orchha, you’ll have the opportunity to explore key attractions, including Phool Bagh, the Orchha Fort complex, Laxminarayan Temple, and Raja Ram Temple, during a local sightseeing tour—each promising to offer a captivating experience.
    The Orchha fort complex is an essential stop, showcasing a series of palaces that tell tales of the region’s rich history. It is noteworthy as the only place in India where Lord Rama is honoured as a ruler rather than merely a deity. Meanwhile, Phool Bagh is a stunning garden that highlights the artistic sensibilities of the Bundelkhand dynasty’s royal monarchs, reflecting the natural beauty the area was once known for.

  • Day 16: Orchha – Khajuraho (195 km/ 4 hrs)

    After breakfast, you will head to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, check into your hotel before exploring the local markets for shopping in the evening. Spend the night there.

  • Day 17: Khajuraho Sightseeing

    After breakfast, we will embark on a tour to explore the enchanting sites of Khajuraho, focusing on both the Western and Eastern Groups of Temples. During our day tour, we will visit renowned temples such as the Chitragupta Temple, Devi Jagdamba Temple, and Adinath Temple, all believed to have been constructed by the Chandela dynasty in the 9th and 10th centuries A.D. The intricate and ancient engravings adorning these temples have contributed to their fame, showcasing the artistic prowess of the era.
    Later, we will also explore the historic Kalinjar Fort, Ajaigarh Fort, Vaman Temple, and Parsvanth Temple, among other significant attractions. It is said that Kalinjar Fort served as the focal point of the Chandela monarchy in the 10th century. After a day filled with cultural and historical wonders, we will return to the hotel for the night.

  • Day 18:  Khajuraho – Varanasi (By Air)

    Upon your arrival at the Varanasi railway station, check into your hotel and take some time to relax before the evening’s festivities. Later, immerse yourself in the captivating Hindu ceremony of Aarti.
    Aarti involves the singing of hymns in praise of deities during the lighting of lamps and is a significant ritual in Hindu culture. The Ganges River is revered as a goddess by Hindus, and the Aarti ceremony takes place every evening at the Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi. You can witness this mesmerizing event either from the ghat itself or from a boat on the river. The ceremony is a magnificent and resonant spectacle, featuring a meticulously choreographed performance by multiple priests, accompanied by the rhythmic sounds of bells, drums, cymbals, and sacred Sanskrit mantras. After a fulfilling evening, return to your hotel for the night.

  • Day 19:  Varanasi – Sarnath – Varanasi (10km/ ½ hrs)

    Start your day with an enchanting early morning boat ride on the Ganges in Varanasi. One of the city’s highlights, this experience allows you to witness the breathtaking sunrise while observing the unique Hindu way of life along the riverbanks. Varanasi is dotted with numerous temples, and the Ganga Ghats, such as the famed Banaras Ghat, offer a profound glimpse into the coexistence of life and death. These Ghats are not only places of worship but also sites for Hindu cremations. Among the most significant Ghats are Dasaswamedh Ghat, Manikarnika Ghat, Harischandra Ghat, Assi Ghat, Shivala Ghat, Man Mandir Ghat, Darbhanga Ghat, Ahilyabai Ghat, and Kedar Ghat.
    Following your boat ride, take a stroll through Varanasi’s oldest parts, renowned for their narrow, winding streets. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, also known as the Golden Temple (please note that entry is restricted to Hindus), as well as the impressive Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Bharat Mata Temple.
    Next, make your way to Sarnath, located about 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) from Varanasi City. This area is historically significant as the site where Buddha delivered his first sermon in a Deer Park, making Sarnath one of Buddhism’s most revered locations. It is also linked to Jainism, featuring various significant Buddhist monuments and structures. Key attractions in Sarnath include the Archaeological and Excavation Area, Chaukhandi Stupa, and Dhammek Stupa, where visitors can worship the Ganges as a goddess.
    After exploring Sarnath, return to Varanasi and indulge in some shopping at the local markets before settling in for the night at your hotel.

  • Day 20: Varanasi – Mumbai (By Air)

    After enjoying breakfast, head to the Amritsar airport for your flight to Mumbai. Upon your arrival in Mumbai, check into your hotel for an overnight stay.
    Mumbai, often referred to as the “City of Dreams,” is renowned for its wealth of opportunities, especially in the realm of Hindi cinema. Serving as the capital of Maharashtra, the city is located along the vibrant Arabian Sea. Its skyline may remind you of New York City, but amidst the lively hustle and bustle, Mumbai also cherishes its rich traditions and history. This dynamic metropolis undoubtedly stands as a fierce contender against some of the world’s most developed cities, not just in India.

  • Day 21: Mumbai sightseeing

    After breakfast, embark on a full day of sightseeing in Mumbai, visiting the Elephanta Caves, Prince of Wales Museum, Hanging Garden, Juhu Beach, Gateway of India, Marine Drive, and Chaupatty Beach. If time permits, don’t miss the Haji Ali Dargah Mosque.
    Gharapuri, also known as the City of Caves, is located approximately ten kilometres from Mumbai Harbor. Elephanta Caves comprises two types: Hindu Caves, which include five distinct caves, and Buddhist Caves, featuring two. These remarkable structures, crafted using rock-cut architecture, date back to the 5th to 8th centuries and have been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    Next, visit the Prince of Wales Museum, officially known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya. Just a few kilometres away stands the iconic Gateway of India, a must-see landmark of Mumbai. Take a leisurely stroll through the Hanging Garden, situated atop Malabar Hill, which offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. This beautifully landscaped terrace garden boasts an impressive array of plant and flower species.
    Juhu Beach, one of Mumbai’s most popular destinations, is always bustling with visitors. Here, you can savour some of the city’s best street food and dine at various restaurants. Moreover, Marine Drive, located in the heart of Mumbai, offers a unique ambience despite being beside a busy road. The sounds of honking cars and bustling traffic fade away as you enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the serene views.
    After a fulfilling day of exploration, settle in for the night at your hotel.

  • Day 22: Mumbai – Onward Destinations

    Breakfast is provided at the hotel. Afterwards, proceed to the Amritsar airport to catch your flight to Delhi, where you’ll connect to your next flight.
